– Ability to listen and guide (not instruct)
– Earned trust within the community

Those who take ownership of and guide specific initiatives.

– Lead initiatives (e.g., Books & Beyond)
– Design and conduct sessions
– Ensure continuity and evolution of the initiative

– Proven consistency and ownership
– Ability to independently run sessions
