Those who support and activate initiatives.

4. Buddy Mentors
Those who guide and nurture smaller groups and emerging contributors.

5. Initiative Guides
Those who take ownership of and guide specific initiatives.

– Lead initiatives (e.g., Books & Beyond)

– Ensure continuity and evolution of the initiative

– Proven consistency and ownership
– Ability to independently run sessions
– Alignment with philosophy and direction
– Commitment to sustaining the initiative
